Synopsis

The village of Lower Bottom is suffering from a Credit Crunch, but still the Giant demands two bags of gold.

Meanwhile, across the village, the King is considering selling family heirlooms to raise more money. Jack and his mother do not know how they are going to pay their share. Jack’s brother Simon sells the family cow, Mootilda, for only a handful of beans. He invites a professor of antiques, and his daughter Jill, to advise him.

When the beans are thrown away, a gigantic beanstalk grows overnight. Will Jack climb the beanstalk to challenge the Giant? Will the King find any cash in the attic? What becomes of Mootilda? Who runs up the hill? Does the Giant really say Fee-fi-fo-fum?

The box office is open in the Rottingdean Art Gallery Cafe on the following days: Fri 3rd, Sat 4th, Fri 10th, Sat 11th and Fri 17th January 2014, between 11am - 1pm.
